Obituary for Bobbi Jo Jernberg

Bobbi Jo Jernberg, 51, of Grant, passed away on April 24, 2020 at home after a battle with cancer which she faced with incredible courage, faith, hope and positive attitude. She was born on February 4, 1969 to Kenneth and Connie (Richardson) Robinson in Grant, Michigan. She graduated from Grant High School in 1987. On June 17, 1989 she married Robert Jernberg, II in Bailey, Michigan. Bobbi Jo retired from Gerber Products in Fremont. She loved being around people. She had the most beautiful smile and found joy in seeing others smile as well. This made her a perfect fit for her favorite job, working part-time at Nelson’s Farm Market in Grant where she enjoyed helping customers. She appreciated the beauty in everything, especially the outdoors where she would spend countless hours hiking with her dogs, kayaking and taking pictures to share. She also cherished the time she spent with her family and friends, however her greatest joy was the time spent with her grandson Micah, who always received grandma’s biggest smiles. Bobbi Jo is survived by her husband Rob, son Kasey (Carrie) Jernberg of Grant; sister Carmen (Mark) Presler of Grant; two brothers: Dean Robinson, Dan (Cheryl) Robinson; grandson Micah Jernberg; several nieces and nephews; her stepfather Bill Moon; and uncle and aunt David and Lynn Robinson of Grant. She was preceded in death by her father Kenneth Dean Robinson and mother Connie Marie Moon. Memorials are suggested to the VFW Post #4249 and/or Spectrum Hospice.
