Obituary for Melvin Sidney Rosenberger

Melvin Rosenberger, age 83, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, June 13, 2020. He was born March 30, 1937 in Sparta, Michigan to Jacob and Dorothy Rosenberger. He lived in the area for 40 years, then moved to Memphis Tennessee for another 40 years before returning to this area.
He was a family man. He used to enjoy golf and since retirement, enjoyed woodworking. He was an avid card player in person and online.
He survived by his children; Leona Mollien of Memphis, TN, Tim (Pat) Rosenberger of Bailey, MI, Tammy Robinson of Caldwell, TX, Todd (Cindy) Rosenberger of Oakland, TN and Mike Rosenberger of Memphis, TN, his step-children; Phillip Thomas of AK, David (Sandy) Thomas of Little Rock, AR, Connie Elliot of WA, sister Beatrice Singleton of Cedar Springs, MI, sister-in-law Judy Rosenberger and a special cousin Jim (Betty) McDonald.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Gary, six brothers and one sister.
There will be a memorial service on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at 1:00pm, outside at Leaver Park, Kent City, MI. Please dress casual. In lieu of flowers please consider Emmanuel Hospice.
