Mrs. Marjorie A. Barber, aged 86, died Saturday, January 9, 2010 at the Grant Fountainview Retirement Village.  She was born Marjorie Alice Weaver December 8, 1924 in Marion County, Iowa the daughter of Fern (Collins) and Fred Weaver. She married Edgar Alliston Barber August 10, 1950 and he preceded her in death February 16, 2009.  Mrs. Barber was a secretary at Gerber Products for many years and was a member the Newaygo Eastern Star.

She is survived by her grandson Derrick & Kathleen Radtke of Roanoke, VA and her great-grandson Ridge Radtke.

There will be a visitation for relatives and friends from 3:30 - 5:30 PM at the McKinley Funeral Home in Newaygo on Thursday, January 14, 2010.
