Mrs. Ila P. Russell, age 94 of Grant died Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at Grant Fountainview Retirement Village in Grant.   She was born Ila Pauline Braybrook in Bailey, the daughter of Bertha Bell (Hibbs) and Archie T. Braybrook on January 13, 1916. She married Eldreth Lawrence Russell on July 9, 1937 in Bailey, and he preceded her in death on September 12, 1994. She was a homemaker and  a member of Bailey Christian Church.       

She is survived by her sister Velma Mahn of Muskegon, her sisters in law Shirley Braybrook of Muskegon and Nina Braybrook of Grant.

Graveside Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM at the Seaman Cemetery, near Bailey on Friday, September 24, 2010 with Mr. Daren Penwell officiating. There will be no visitation. For Memorials please consider the Bailey Christian Church Building Fund and/or Johnson Bible College, Knoxville, TN.
