Witkowski – Mr. Daniel T. Witkowski, aged 56 of Newaygo, died Thursday, January 14, 2010 at the Poppen Residence of Harbor Hospice in Fruitport.   He was born Daniel Thomas Witkowski on November 24, 1953 in Muskegon, Michigan the son of Richard and Jacqueline (Larabee) Witkowski.  He married Diane Adele Bayne on April 1, 1982 in Las Vegas, Nevada.  He is survived by his wife Diane, his children Daniel Witkowski of Chicago, Neil & Rachael Witkowski of Grand Rapids, Matthew Witkowski, Michelle Witkowski, Marci Witkowski all of Newaygo, his grandson Jacek, 3 step grandchildren, his mother Jackie Witkowski of Shelby, his brothers & sisters Father Phillip Witkowski of Shelby, Julie & Bill Veltman of Twin Lake, Janie & Brian Meier, Bev & Joe Mieler all of Muskegon, Andy Witkowski of Hesperia, Janice & Brian Kammers of Rockford, several special nieces & nephews.  He was preceded in death by his father Richard and his brother Raymond. Memorial funeral services will be held 2:30 PM Monday, January 18, 2010 at the McKinley Funeral Home-Newaygo Chapel with his brother the Father Phillip Witkowski officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services. In lieu of flowers please consider the Leila-Cyrus-Poppen Residence of Harbor Hospice and/or the Witkowski family.
