Mrs. Margaret Schofield, age 95 of Walker, and formerly of Newaygo, died Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at the Sanctuary at St Mary's in Walker. She was born Margaret DeYoung in Grand Rapids, the daughter of Tina (Goeree) and John DeYoung on July 9, 1913. She married Aubrey Schofield on May 26, 1937 in Grand Rapids and he preceded her in death on March 30, 1998. She was a Homemaker all her life.

She survived by her son Ronald & June Schofield of Cedar Springs, 3 grandchildren & 3 great-grandchildren, special nieces Sandy & Judy, one sister.

Funeral services will be held at (Noon) 12:00 PM from the Rosedale Memorial Park, Grand Rapids on Friday, November 21, 2008 with Pastor Jeff Gunderman officiating. Interment in Rosedale Memorial Park. Visitation 11 AM - Noon Friday prior to the service.
