Mrs. Pauline Looman, Age 80 of Newaygo, died Thursday, May 24, 2007 at the Newaygo Medical Care Facility near Fremont. She was born Pauline Easterbrook in Saginaw, the daughter of Nellie Frances (Smith) and Leon D. Easterbrook on July 28, 1926. She married Herman William Looman on June 2,1946 in Wyoming and he preceded her in death on January 20, 1999. She was a Book Keeper for A & P in Grand Rapids until after 15 years of employment she retired. She was a member of Newaygo United Methodist Church, the Moose Lodge in Wyoming and the VFW Post #4249 Auxillary.
She is survived by her daughter Cathy & Rod Lesley of Grant, her grandchildren Brian Gonzalez of Newaygo, Eric Looman of Wyoming, Chandra Looman of Grandville, 3 great-grandchildren, and good friends Roger & Lois Dalstra of Wyoming. She was also preceded in death by her son Donald Looman.

I'm so very sorry to learn of Pauline's death. Have not seen her in years but think of her. She is a first cousin to my husband. We saw her at a Smith gathing in Summer years ago.
