Mr. William Eric Stevens, Age 50 of Grant, died Thursday, June 21, 2007 at home. He was born William Eric Stevens in Grand Rapids, Michigan the son of Lucy Maxine (Mouthaan) and William James Stevens on April 07, 1957. He married Cynthia Broene on April 15, 1989 in Allendale, Michigan. He was a Custodian for Grant Public Schools Learning Center. He was a member of Grant Reformed Church.

He is survived by his wife Cindy of Grant; his daughters Miranda & Jason Emanouil of Sparta; Hilary Stevens of Grant; 5 grandchildren; his parents William & Lucy Stevens of Kent City; his brothers Kip & Sid Stevens of Morley; James & Janet Stevens of Grand Rapids; David Stevens of White Cloud; Quentin & Mary Stevens of Grant; his sisters Connie & Marvin Waid of Belding; Regina & Frank Grover of Lowell; Darcy & Chuck Foland of Sparta; Tracy & Vic Taylor of Rockford; his brother in law Roger Haynes of Cedar Springs; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Julie Haynes in 2005.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM from the Grant Reformed Church on Tuesday, June 26, 2007 with Rev. Larry Jackson officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the McKinley Funeral Home, Grant. For memorials please consider the Grant Public Schools Learning Center.
