Mr. Stephen Claire Cook, Age 56 of Newaygo, died Saturday, May 26, 2007 at home in Croton Twp. He was born Stephen Claire Cook in Stanwood, Michigan the son of Gertrude (Clemens) and Fred Cook on March 31, 1951. He married Robin Dee on July 22, 1977 in White Cloud, Michigan. He was a laborer for Local 355, Battle Creek. He is survived by
his wife Robin Cook of Newaygo; his sons Mark Cook of Newaygo; Bob Cook of Newaygo; Scott & Kim Ely of Manistee; his grandson David Ely of Manistee; his Brothers John & Vicky Cook of Newaygo; Daniel & Diane Cook of Newaygo; Timothy Cook of Newaygo;
his sisters Mary & Max Mellon of Grant; Marjorie Cook of Newaygo; Magdaline Cook of Hesperia; Helen & Bill Bowyer of Fremont; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Roy Cook and his parents. Memorial services will be held from the Home at a later date.
