Mrs. Thelma N. Carlson, age 83 of Bailey, died Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at Brook Haven Medical Care facility in Muskegon. She was born Thelma Noreen Wesselink in Muskegon Hts., the daughter of Luberta (Meeuwenberg) and John Wesselink on March 4, 1923. She married Clifford Lowell Carlson on June 25, 1962 in Muskegon and he preceded her in death on May 4, 2004. She was a General Worker for Continental Motors, Muskegon for 35 years until her retirement. She was a member of Bailey Christian Church. She was a member of UAW Local #113.

She is survived by her son David & Marjorie Watkins of Twin lake, son-in-law James Ayotte of Muskegon, step-sons Dennis & Annie Carlson, Mike & Jane Carlson all of Casnovia, Steve & Sherry Carlson of Fremont, Gary & Carolyn Carlson of Bailey, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, sister Peggy White Knight. She was also preceded in death by her daughter Noreen Oyotte and sisters Doris Larabee and Dorothy Bultman.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A. M from the Bailey Christian Church, on Friday, March 24, 2006 with Mr. Daren Penwell officiating. Visitation will be held 7-9 P. M. Thursday and 9-11 A. M.
