Mr. Dwaine K. Watkins, age 23 of Grant, died of accidental injuries he suffered in an automobile accident Thursday, August 10, 2006 in Sault Ste. Marie on Sugar Island. He was born Dwaine Kneil Watkins in Grand Rapids, the son of Lorylee (Kroes) and Dwaine Wilbur Watkins on January 21, 1983. He was a Hi-lo Driver for a Factory.

He is survived by his mother Lorylee Watkins of Grant, his father Dwaine Watkins of Flint, his Fiancée' Amy Perkins, his children Isabel, Jaydyn, & Gavin, his brother Travis Watkins all of Grant, his grandmother Rosalee Kroes of Grand Rapids, many aunts, uncles, cousins & dear friends. He was preceded in death by his sister Nicole Rae Lilley in 1994.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P. M. from the McKinley Newaygo Chapel, on Wednesday, August 16, 2006 with Pastor Glen Jeffrey officiating. Interment will be in the Croton Cemetery. Visitation will be held 2-4 & 7-9 P. M. Tuesday. For memorials please consider his children.
