Mr. Marten Henry Landheer, Age 87 of Luther, Formerly of Kent City, died Wednesday, January 12, 2005 in Reed City.  He was born Marten Henry Landheer in Kent City the son of Anna (Dykstra) and Marten Landheer on July 20, 1917.  He married Laurine Van Belzen on July 6, 1938 in Kent City.  He was a Dairy farmer and Salesman for East Sparta Equipment until his Retirement in 1976. He was a member of several reformed churches throughout his lifetime.  He is survived by his wife Laurine Landheer of Luther, his daughters Sandy & Lynn Clark of Luther and Judy & Bill Huitema of Hudsonville, his grandsons Jason & Jenny , Kevin, his Great Grandchildren Tiffany, Kylie, Alec, Tori & Jessee, his sister in law Marjorie & Ron Booth of Kent City, his brother in law Adrian & Norma Van Belzen of Conklin, Several nieces, nephews and many friends. He was preceded in death by his infant daughter in 1940, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. In accordance with his wishes private family funeral services will be held with Pastor C.J. denDulk officiating.
