Mr. Fred Roy Vanocker, Sr., Age 84 of Newaygo died Friday, June 24, 2005 at his home. He was born Fred Roy Vanocker in Grand Rapids, Michigan the son of Emily (Phillips) and Fred Vanocker on August 22, 1920. He married Lucille Irene Shull on July 28, 1945 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He was a Custodian for Fisher Body Plant on Alpine until his retirement in 1982. He will be missed by his wife Irene Vanocker of Newaygo; 3 sons, 3 daughters, 10 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, 2 brothers, 2 sisters and several nieces and nephews.
