Mr. Donald L. Stadick, aged 77, of Newaygo, died at his residence Friday, October 28, 2005. He was born Donald Lee Stadick May 25, 1928 in Elsie, Michigan, the son of Ethel Elizabeth (Regnold) and Henry Stadick. He married Lilas Joyce Barense Holstege October 10, 1963 in Kalamazoo. He was a truck driver for Davis Motor Freight in Kalamazoo for over 40 years until his retirement in 1988 and was a member of the Teamsters Union #7 in Kalamazoo.

He is survived by his wife Lilas, his children Alan & Linda Stadick of Holland, Janean & Dave Ballock of Scotts, Richard & Jacki Stadick of Newaygo, 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and 3 half-sisters.
