Mr. Wendell B. Grigsby, age 73 of Grant, died Saturday, May 22, 2004 at the home of his son in Casnovia Twp.. He was born Wendell Berneth Grigsby in Brutus, MI the son of Edna (Sidow) and Otto Grigsby on March 8, 1931. He was a Baker for Keebler Bakery, Grand Rapids, MI until 1995. He also served in the US Army during the Korean War.

He is survived by his sons William Grigsby, Edward & Jodi Grigsby all of Grant, his stepchildren Dan & Bonnie Ferris of Marshall, VA, Marilyn & Dan Salmons of Payson, AZ, Jeff Ferris of White Cloud, Tim & Amy Ferris of Grant, 13 grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P. M. from the North Casnovia Baptist Church, Bailey on Tuesday, May 25, 2004 with Pastor Kelly Carlson officiating. There will be no visitation.
