Mr. Ted W. Osburn, age 51 of Shelbyville, formerly of Grant, died of accidental injuries suffered in an automobile accident Wednesday, October 27, 2004 in Ottawa County. He was born Ted Wayne Osburn in Grand Rapids, the son of Margaret May (Sievers) and Harold Nile Osburn on August 6, 1953. He married Vicki Lynn Strevel on February 23, 1990 in Grand Rapids. He was a Maintenance Supervisor for Eurasia Feather Co., Grand Rapids.

He is survived by his wife Vicki Osburn, his parents Harold & Marge Osburn of Grant, his stepchildren Michael & Cathie Strevel of Shelbyville, Richard Strevel of Walker, Terri & Will James of Wayland, his grandchildren Sara Patrick, Tyler Strevel, Cody James, his brothers Bruce & Kathy Osburn of Bailey, Dave & Marlene Osburn of Grant, John Osburn of Gowen.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P. M. from the McKinley Grant Chapel, on Monday, November 1, 2004 with Pastor Michael Gesler officiating. Interment will be in the Hillside Cemetery near Grant. Visitation will be held 2-5 P. M. Sunday.
