Mr. Mark Phillip Carlson, Age 46 of Muskegon, Formerly of Bailey, died
Monday, December 27, 2004 in Muskegon. He was born Mark Phillip Carlson in
Sparta, Michigan the son of Dorothy Mae (Anderson) and Lawrence Phillip Carlson
on September 23, 1958.
He is survived by his mother: Dorothy Carlson of Bailey
His brother: Greg & Lori Carlson of Bailey
His sister: Sheila Carlson of Bailey
His nieces: Melissa & Jason Cunningham of Grant
and Kari Carlson of Bailey
His nephew: Gus & Jenny Carlson of Bailey
a great niece and several great nephews
the staff and special friends at the Annette St. Home in Muskegon
He was preceded in death by his father Lawrence Phillip Carlson.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM from the McKinley Funeral Home, Grant
on Friday, December 31, 2004 with Mr. Roger Keur officiating. Interment in
Pinewood-Chubbuck Cemetery. Visitation 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 PM Friday at the
