Mr. James H. Osburn, age 79 of Sand Lake, died Tuesday, June 8, 2004 Home of Hope in Grand Rapids. He was born James Harold Osburn in Grant, the son of Nellie (Shaw) and Floyd Osburn on January 28, 1925. He was a self-employed Carpenter until 1972.

He is survived by his children James & Patricia Osburn of AuGres, Melinda & Robert Wassenaar of Pierson, John Osburn & Kimberly Castine of Cedar Springs, Laura Anderson of Grand Rapids, 7 grandchildren, His brothers & sister Earl & Laureva Osburn of Grant, Russell & Luella Osburn of Big Rapids, Thomas & Eileen Osburn of Twin Lake, Helen Roeters of Grant.

Funeral graveside services will be held at 3:00 P. M. from the Hillside Cemetery near Grant, on Wednesday, June 9, 2004 with Mr. David Joe Hatter officiating. For Memorials please consider Hospice of Michigan.
