Mr. Jack D. Moore, age 72 of Grant, died Sunday, March 28, 2004 at his home in Grant Twp.. He was born Jack Duane Moore in Wayland, Michigan the son of Lucy May (Bethard) and George Moore on May 24, 1931. He married Evelyn Esther Witt on December 12, 1952 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He was a Truck Driver for Canteen.

He is survived by his wife Evelyn Moore, his daughters Cynthia & Gary Longcore of Grant, Jacalyn & Curt Martens of Kent City, his grandchildren Scott & Kenny Martens of Kent City, Dan & Melissa Longcore of Bailey, Amy & Tim Wismar of Grant, Nick & Christine Longcore of Newaygo, his great-grandchildren Devin, Kelsey, Casey, Jared, Bradley, Kyle & Madison, his brother & sisters John & AnnaBelle Moore of Kent City, Helen Basil of Jackson, Eileen LeFevre of Green Bay, WI, Kathryn Lohr of Au Gres, and several nieces, nephews & cousins.
