Mr. Aaron K. "Buck" Eaton, age 67 of Kent City, and formerly of Grant died Saturday, March 6, 2004 Metron of Cedar Springs. He was born Aaron Keith Eaton in Grant, the son of Daisie June (Gulmire) and Aaron Edra Eaton on October 13, 1936. He married Rose Marie (Wade) Hyser on June 17, 1988 in Grant. He was a Laborer for Kenneth Bull Orchards until 1999 and served in the United States Air Force.

He is survived by his wife Rose Eaton, his children Charles Eaton of Newaygo, Barbara & Tim Atwood of Grant, Diane, his step-children Michelle Cooper of Kent City, Heather & Luis Hyser of Grand Rapids, Celesta & Samantha Hyser of Kent City, 11 grandchildren, his brothers and sisters L. D. & Joan Eaton of Newaygo, Garrett Eaton of Grant, Tom & Peg Eaton of Muskegon, Bill & Lorraine Eaton of Muskegon, Ralph & Ester Eaton of Bentonville, AR, Marty & Cindi Eaton of Grant, Betty & Herman Ericksen of Spring Lake, Linda & Alfred Spencer of Twin Lake, Sharon & Jim Triplett of Grant. He was preceded in death by brother Michael Eaton and sister-in-law Rose Eaton.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 P. M. from the V. F. W. Post #4249 - Newaygo, on Tuesday, March 9, 2004 with Chaplain Leo Rathbun officiating. There will be no visitation. For Memorials please consider the family. Military honors will be under the auspices of the VFW Post #4249 of Newaygo.
