Mrs. Sandra L. Myers, Age 62 of Sand Lake, Michigan, Formerly of Newaygo, died Monday, August 18, 2003 in Grand Rapids. She was born Sandra Lee McCormick in St. Louis, MI the daughter of Arvella Frances (Cook) and Mateland McCormick on April 29, 1941. She married George William Myers on September 13, 1957 in Alma, MI. She was a Homemaker all her life. She was a member of New Community Church of Newaygo.

She is survived by her husband George "Bill", her children David "Bill" & Ficancee Carrie of Sand Lake, Darlene & Ficancee Joe of Grand Rapids, 11 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter, his brothers & sisters Reaneta & Bob Taylor of Ithica, Jim & Barb McCormick of Alma, Sheila & Jon Quin of Riverdale, Jerry & Brenda McCormick of Denver, CO, And several nieces & nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A. M from the McKinley Newaygo Chapel, on Thursday, August 21, 2003 with Pastor Clint Abbott officiating. Interment will be in the Little Salt River Cemetery near Shepherd. Visitation will be held 2-4 & 7-9 P. M. Wednesday. For Memorials please consider the New Community Church of Newaygo.
