Mr. Raymond Herbert Johnson, Age 69 of Brohman, Michigan died Wednesday, June 11, 2003 in East Grand Rapids. He was born Raymond Herbert Johnson in Newberry, MI the son of Mabel Edith (Krise) and Herbert Otto Johnson on December 29, 1933. He married Phyllis Jean Black on May 25, 1955 in Hesperia, MI and she preceded him in death on July 16, 2001. He was an Owner/Operaor of a Salvage Yard.

He is survived by:

his children Leslie Johnson of Brohman, Linda & Sid Tubbs, Sr. of Hopkins, Janice & John Stank of Grant,

Ken & Tommie Johnson of FL, Christine & Robert Billingsly, Jr. of FL, 11 grandchildren, 1 great-grandaughter,

his brothers Nylan Leonard & Alfreda Johnson of Grant, David Johnson of Newaygo, Max & Lila Johnson of Grant,

Marvin Johnson of Grant, and several nieces & nephews.

He was also preceded in death by brother Mervin Johnson in May, 2003.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P. M. from the McKinley Grant Chapel, on Saturday, June 14, 2003 with Mr. Sid Tubbs, Sr. officiating. Interment will in the Hillside Cemetery near Grant. Visitation will be held Noon - 2:00 P. M. until service time. Memorials please consider the family.
