Mr. Jerald H. Sherwood, age 65 of Grant, Michigan died Tuesday, September 9, 2003 at his residence in Grant Twp.. He was born Jerald Henry Sherwood September 20, 1937 the son of Roszella Marie (Gordon) and Henry Joseph Sherwood. He married Jo Ann Elizabeth Monschein on August 31, 1963 in Otsego, Michigan and she preceded him in death on March 15, 1993. He was a retired machinist for American Steel Line.

He is survived by his son Henry & Anna Sherwood of Grant, daughter Kim Bulson & Patrick Guiher of Grant, 15 grand- children, 3 great-grandchildren, and his brothers and sisters Joe Sherwood of Plainwell, Sue & Ron Cade of Otsego, Sally Hunter of Plainwell, Pat & Jerry Halstead of Plainwell, David & Cheryl Sherwood of Quincy, MA, Robin Hilderbrand of Plainwell, Roxie & Ralph Gates of Allegan, Becky & John Lidster of Plainwell and Paul & Diane Sherwood of Plainwell. He was also preceded in death by a brother Mike Sherwood and step-mom Pearl Sherwood.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P. M. from the McKinley Grant Chapel, on Friday, September 12, 2003 with Bruce Deur officiating. Interment will be in the Hillside Cemetery near Grant.
