Frederick Jay Smith in Ionia, Michigan the son of Yvonne (Procunier) and LaVern
Floyd Smith on March 30, 1962. He was a Welder. He was a veteran having served
in the Army from January 22, 1980 to January 21, 1980 when he was discharged as
