Mr. Clyde H. Wells, Age 89 of Newaygo, Michigan died Thursday, June 12, 2003 in Garfield Twp.. He was born Clyde Homer Wells in Elkhart, IN the son of Fortena J. (Truesdell) and Adelbert Wells on February 09, 1914. He married Alberta J. Gillmore on December 5, 1942 in Newaygo, Michigan. He was a Maintenance for Gerber Products, Fremont, MI until 1976. He was a member of Croton Community Church.

He is survived by his wife Alberta Wells, his sons Arthur & Peggy Wells of Newaygo, Blain & Carol Wells of Jacksonville Beach, FL, 4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A. M from the Croton Community Church, on Monday, June 16, 2003 with Pastor Darrell Dakan officiating. Interment will be in the Croton Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5-7 P. M. Saturday at McKinley Newaygo Chapel. For memorials please consider the Croton Community Church.
