Mr. Wm. Carl Freeman age 72 of Casnovia died Saturday, November 09, 2002 at Hackley Hospital, Muskegon. He was born William Carl Freeman in Tyrone Twp., Kent Co., MI the son of Emma (Anderson) and William Freeman on August 25, 1930. He married Marjorie E. Hamel on August 3, 1951 in Grant, Michigan. He was a Self Employed Dairy Farmer until 1996. He was a member of Casnovia Reformed Church. He was a Life Time member of Farm Bureau; Former Member of Kent City Farm Bureau Board of Directors; Former member of Casnovia School Board; former member of MMPA Board of Directors; and a member of the American Legion. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM from the Casnovia Reformed Church, on Tuesday, November 12, 2002 with Rev. Ray Stegenga officiating. Interment in Chubbuck-Pinewood Cemetery.
