- Mrs. Fern Louiene Johnson age 92 of Fremont,
Formerly of Grant died Monday, October 14, 2002 at Transitional Health
Services, Fremont. She was born Fern Louiene Miller in Manistique, Michigan
the daughter of Lena Ethel (Hart) and Charles Henry Miller on July 14, 1910.
She married LeRoy Kenneth Johnson on September 12, 1930 in South Bend, Indiana
and he preceded her in death on August 18, 1959. She was a Home Maker all her
life. She was a member of Ashland Center Church of Christ and a 55 year member
of the Ashland Grange.

- Preceded in death by:
- Daughters: Linda Hart in 1998 and Marilyn Gierke 1999
- Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM from the McKinley Grant Chapel,
on Thursday, October 17, 2002 with Mr. Conrad Daniels and Mr. Joe Hatter
officiating. Interment in Bridgeton Cemetery. Visitation 2-4 & 7-9 PM
Wednesday. Memorials: Hospice of Michigan-Newaygo County c/o Fremont Area
