Mr. Marvin Timmermans age 73 of Grant, Michigan died Wednesday February 06, 2002 at
his residence in Grant. He was born Marvin Timmermans in Hudsonville, Michigan the son
of Minnie Schelhaas and Gerrit Timmermans on June 01, 1928. He married Lois Roeters on
February 10, 1950 in Grant, Michigan. He was a Equipment Operator for Newaygo County
Road Commission until 1989. He was a member of Grant Christian Reformed Church.
He is survived by Wife Lois Timmermans of Grant, his children Julia & Thomas Gee of Bailey,
David Timmermans & Fiancee Tena Haring of Cedar Springs,grandchildren Brian Gee of Colorado,
Andrew & Lisa Gee of Bailey, Aric Gee of Bailey, his brothers and sisters Raymond & Francis Timmermans of Grant, Albert & Greta Timmermans of Jenison, Conrad & Lois Timmermans of Grandville,
Lillian & Edward Oosterhouse of Fremont,his brothers & sisters-in-law Esther Geers of Grant,
Julius Roeters of Grandville, Henry & Helen Roeters of Grant, Joan Krikke of Grant.
He was preceded in death by sister Rosella Wolfsen in 1997.
A family prayer service 10:45 A. M. followed by the funeral services  at 11:00 A M from the Grant Christian Reformed Church on Saturday, February 09, 2002 with Pastor Case Van Wyk officiating.
Interment was in the Hillside Cemetery near Grant.  Visitation was  2-4 & 7-9 P. M. Friday
