Mrs. Darleen Marie Cook age 85 of Newaygo died Saturday, November 09,

2002 at Newaygo Medical Care Facility, Fremont. She was born Darleen

Marie Hamel in Muskegon, Michigan the daughter of Violet and William

Hamel on November 06, 1917. She married Russell Cook on April 15, 1939

in Muskegon, Michigan. She was an Electronics Assembler for Lear

Siegler until her retirement.

Son: James & Mary Cook of Howard City

Son: Ronald Cook of Newaygo

Several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren

Brother: Wallace & Marilyn Hamel of Winter Haven, FL

Several Nieces and Nephews

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM from the McKinley Newaygo

Chapel, on Tuesday, November 12, 2002. Interment in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Visitation Monday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at McKinley Newaygo Chapel. Memorials:
