Mrs.Rachel Irene Van Alstine age 67 of Newaygo, Michigan died Monday December 24,
2001 at her son's residence in Newaygo. She was born Rachel Irene Peasley in Ionia, Michigan the
daughter of Beatrice Bell and Earl Peasley on June 14, 1934. She was a self-employed Adult Foster
Care Giver until 1989.
Survived by her sons Robert Rayborn,Joseph & Deb Van Alstine of Detroit, Ray Van Alstine
of Westphalia, Ron & Jean Van Alstine of Westphalia, Pat & Louise Van Alstine of
of Lake Odessa, Mark & Laurie Van Alstine of Newaygo, 16 Grandchildren, 2 Great-Grandchildren , ,
her brother Morris Peasley of Detroit, and her sister Alberta Fletcher of OK.
