Mrs. Marguerite Bennitt, age 85 of Bailey, died Saturday August 25, 2001 at her daughters residence in Grant.  She was born Marguerite Lee in Elsie, Michigan the daughter of Laura Lee (Fischer) and Elvert Chase Lee on April 06, 1916.  She married William Henry Harrison on November 16, 1935 in Grant and he preceded her in death on May 2, 1988.  She then married Worth Bennitt.  She was a Homemaker all her life. She was a member of Bailey Church of Christ.   Survived by:

Son: Bobby Harrison,  in 1956,

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM from the Bailey Church of Christ, Tuesday, August 28, 2001 with Mr. Daren Penwell officiating.  Interment in Seaman Cemetery. Visitation 2-4 & 7-9 PM Monday at McKinley Funeral Home Memorials: Bailey Church of Christ Building Fund or Hospice of Newaygo County c/o Fremont Area Foundation.
